TEAM has a permanent Secretariat Office running the day to day affairs of the Association, amongst which are:-
- To assist members by providing and disseminating information relevant to the timber export trade
- To process application for membership with the Association
- To attend certain dialogue meetings held by Malaysian Government Agencies
- To provide an avenue for liaison between members and the Association Officers and Committee
The Secretariat Office is manned by:-
