Terms and conditions
- All advertising should be booked directly with TEAM.
- All online advertising fees must be prepaid to TEAM before they will be added to website.
- Online advertising banners are posted within two weeks after the fees are received by TEAM.
- All online advertising banners are subject to approval before posting.
- All decisions regarding the suitability of copy are at the sole discretion of TEAM.
- TEAM does not endorse any products or services for the deaf advertised in this website. All are equally treated and it is up to the consumer to buy their best products or services.
- Banners must fit within the scope of TEAM and its membership, and be approved by TEAM prior to placement. TEAM strongly advises that all Advertisers must have products/services that are relevant to TEAM members and within the general ethical policy of the association. TEAM reserves the right to reject any advertisement that doesn’t comply.
- Advertising maybe cancelled by TEAM at any time, whereupon the advertiser shall not be refunded the cost of any unconsumed advertising.
- Advertisers must supply complete artwork direct to TEAM – on disk or via email to: Juliana@team.org.my
- Any amends to supplied artwork or production of new artwork will be charged for separately.
- TEAM’s liabilities are limited to the cost of advertising and no liabilities or losses whatsoever shall be incurred by TEAM for any down-time, loss of revenue or any other damages, whether direct or indirect.
- Advertisers will indemnify and hold harmless the TEAM, its officers, agents and employees for all contents supplied to the publisher, including text, representations and illustrations of advertisements printed, and for any claims arising from content including but not limited to: Defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
- Ad Units Available: Static banners and animated gifs only. Size: 468x60, less than 50K, Color: 72 DPI with indexed color. Adjust for sharpness, color balance and contrasts. GIFs should not be transparent.
- Looping Animation: Animated GIFs must be Web-ready and 10 seconds or less. Flash and video are not accepted. Other hosted content will not be available. All banners appearing at the TEAM website must reside on a TEAM server, but may link to any page on the Web.
- Ad files must be submitted as a .jpg or .gif file. Acceptable files sizes or alternate file types will be determined by the TEAM Online Webmaster.

TEAM is happy to design your ad at a minimal cost. This service is provided on a time available basis and must be approved by you before final print. Additional artwork or information may be requested from you to complete your banner ads.
